Summary

This original version of the RIS was prepared by Syneca Consulting and released for comment in February 2005. It proposed increases in airconditioner MEPS levels in 2006 and 2007. The proposals have now been altered in response to industry feedback and the RIS was revised and re-released in July 2005 as NAEEEC Report 2005/16: this version should be consulted for the latest details.
