Summary

This discussion paper was prepared in September 2005 by Energy Strategies, for the National Appliance and Equipment Energy Efficiency Committee (NAEEEC) and the AGO.

This discussion paper is the first step in the development of a long term strategy to improve the energy efficiency of heating, ventilation and air conditioning services in commercial buildings.
