How’s our service?

Last year we asked for feedback on the registration and enquiry services provided by the Energy Rating Team.  We appreciate how many of you took the time to complete the survey!

Now we’d like feedback on your experiences over the past year.

If you have registered a product or contacted the Energy Rating Team in the past 12 months, you will receive a link to the 2017 GEMS Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey on the 1st of May.

We want to see if our efforts over the year, in response to your feedback, have improved our service to you. And what else we should consider, in continuing to adapt to your needs.

Some of the changes we’ve implemented based on your feedback include:

  • Removal of many non-essential questions from registration application forms.
  • Significantly faster response times for email enquiries.
  • Improvements to the Help function in the registration system.
  • Translation of the Supplier’s Guide for the registration system into Mandarin.
  • Conversion of application forms into PDF so they can be previewed.

The survey will be open for two weeks and takes about 10 minutes to complete.
