ACHIEVEMENTS 2010/11 continues the series of annual reports for the Equipment Energy Efficiency Program (E3 Program) – formerly known as the National Appliance and Equipment Energy Efficiency Program, which commenced nationally in Australia in 1992. New Zealand joined the E3 Program in 2002 and annual public reporting began in 2001.This report highlights the progress made in the 12 month financial year period from 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2011 against the goals set for the E3 Program by the Ministerial Council on Energy.
