The first edition of this manual was prepared in 2009. This revised second edition was prepared in 2017-2018 by Beletich Associates, with considerable input from the Illuminating Engineering Society of Australia and New Zealand (IESANZ).
Additional minor updates were made in early 2019, with the final version of the manual released in June 2019
