GEMS Compliance
An updated list of GEMS registrations that have been suspended or cancelled as a result of failing GEMS compliance testing is available from the Check Testing page on the Energy Rating website. The list covers 36 cancellations across 11 product types.
When a registration is cancelled, the registrant must take all reasonable steps to ensure that any person the registrant is aware might supply products of the models covered by the registration is informed of the suspension or cancellation and the product is removed from supply.
