GEMS service improvements are paying off

The results are in from the recent GEMS Stakeholder Survey.

Overall satisfaction levels recorded in this year’s survey remain high at 83%, while the number of participants responding to the survey has increased from 19% in 2018 to 24% this year.

These results recognise the ongoing improvements to the registration system, the efficient handling of enquiries and quick processing times for registrations. They also indicate a high level of engagement with the GEMS program.

The GEMS Stakeholder Survey is conducted on an annual basis to gauge how satisfied stakeholders are with the services provided by the GEMS Regulator.

The survey results provide the Regulator with valuable insight into the experience of program stakeholders and inform our ongoing efforts to improve their experience.
