2016/17 Program released

The GEMS Regulator has published the GEMS Compliance Monitoring Program 2016/2017. This outlines the Regulator’s check testing and market surveillance focus for the coming year.

During the next 12 months, the Regulator will check test models of 13 GEMS products to ensure they meet GEMS level or MEPS requirements.  GEMS inspectors will also conduct surveillance of registration and labelling compliance with suppliers across Australia.

The results of check testing and market surveillance activities will be made available at energyrating.gov.au as they become available.
