Enquiries for the regulators
The Australian Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards Regulator and the New Zealand Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority are responsible for administering the energy efficiency requirements in each country, including reviewing and processing registration applications, and monitoring and enforcing compliance with Minimum Energy Performance Standards and labelling requirements.
All regulated products must be registered with the appropriate regulator before they can be sold in Australia or New Zealand.
