Overview
The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) and New Zealand's Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA) have introduced a new digital platform to modernise how users engage with energy efficiency regulation across Australia and New Zealand.
The EEnergy Rating Regulation, Enforcement and Compliance Administration Platform (Energy Rating RECAP) replaces the previous Energy Rating Product Registration system. It improves how registration, compliance and regulatory activities are managed.
Energy Rating RECAP delivers:
- a simpler, more intuitive registration experience
- greater consistency across processes
- more efficient applications and compliance activities
- improved system performance and reliability
- a stronger foundation for future enhancements.
